Limiting beliefs are something you believe to be true about yourself. These beliefs make you feel like you are not enough and therefore could never have the dreams you desire. Sometimes they can make you feel paralyzed to take action. Most of the time, they’re not even true!

 

Limiting beliefs are something we all have, but there is a way to get on the other side of them so they no longer stop you.

 

Ask yourself:

  • “Do I want to continue on with the status quo, or will I finally live my life my way?”
  • “Will I continue being the person everyone expects me to be or do I want to live life as the true me?”
  • “Am I ready to be, have, and experience what I long for?”
