My Story

Hello and welcome!

My name’s Pam, I’m delighted to welcome you to my corner of the internet.

Many years ago I set out to put myself on a new path. Along the way, I learned a thing or two about living life by my own script and I’ve made it my mission to help women like you to do the same.

Using honest and direct guidance, I’ll help uncover your hidden gifts, rediscover your heart’s desires and begin living your life unapologetically.

Up until a few years ago, I always lived my life in survival mode. My father was an alcoholic and my siblings and I, at a very young age, had to deal with very adult problems which we weren’t mature enough to handle.

Our solution? We became invisible.

We weren’t old enough to just leave the house. So we hid.

One of our hiding places was the fruit cellar in the basement. We’d hide there, being as quiet as we could so as not to be discovered and have to deal with our father’s hate-filled frenzy.

I remember sitting in the dark in the cellar for hours listening to him marching back and forth upstairs, yelling and screaming, sometimes breaking things and just praying we wouldn’t be found. To be discovered, to be seen, meant you were a target.

Several years ago, my mom passed away and I began
waking up.

I’d been hiding all these years, not wanting to be noticed, trying to fly under the radar. I started asking, “what do I really want?” and even, “who am I, really?”

I realized that I was still in survival mode, still hiding in the fruit cellar.

That’s when I started the process of stripping off the layers, one by one, of who I thought I was supposed to be. Coming back to the real me that was there all along. And that’s when the freak show started!

I struggled with all the classic limiting beliefs. What will people think? Afraid to be seen. Imposter syndrome. I’m not good enough. The list goes on and on…

After working with many therapists, mentors, coaches and really dedicating the time to work through so many limiting beliefs, I rediscovered and owned my real self, my gifts and talents and my passion of helping people overcome the same.

It’s safe for you to come out of hiding too.

Once I dared to start showing pieces of my true self, little by little, I found that not only was I safe, I was still loved and accepted, just as I am.

I once thought of my childhood as a curse but I’ve come to realize that in some ways, it was also an amazing gift. Out of necessity, it provided me with a strong sensitivity to the energy of others around me; my empathy, and intuition.

This means that I’m able to perceive others’ gifts and talents clearly; often seeing possibilities before they do.

Nothing brings me more joy than helping others remember who they really are.

Some Random Facts About Me

Having a lifelong love of the mountains, it’s my dream to relocate there permanently to a cabin with enough space for my family, grandkids and as many rescue animals as I can get away with.
I enjoy making jewelry and I learned metalsmithing several years ago. I love gemstones and silver. I also love puzzles (the old fashion ones, not online!) drinking coffee and avoiding exercise – I’m pretty sure I can still feel the burn from the sit-up I did in 7th grade.
My friends tell me I’m kind of a smart ass and I love to tease them while also being extremely protective and always there for them.
I am incapable of BS or lying. I can’t stand bullies. Nor do I like people that are overly judgmental. I believe that it’s possible to communicate hard truths without making others feel bad. Above all else, I value honesty and compassion in myself and others.

My Professional Life & Background

I’ve worked in senior positions in sales for much of my career. I’ve always naturally found myself in the role of mentoring others, both professionally and personally.

I formally trained as a coach, gaining a life coaching certification from Life Purpose Institute (an International Coaching Federation, ICF, accredited institution).

I’m now finally living my true life’s calling and I feel incredibly privileged to do so.
